I have been using Kerrigans for several years as a letting agent. Due to a change in circumstances and a tenant vacating the property I made the decision to sell the property. I had no hesitation in using Kerrigans for the sale as Anthony and the team take a personal interest in the properties that they manage. They managed the sale magnificently, arranged viewings, negotiated with the buyers and expedited the solicitors. Special thanks to Victoria for managing it all. When we decided to put our property up for rental in 2014 we researched who was the best letting agents in the Doncaster area. Kerrigans came top of the list, being highly recommended for their professionalism, hands-on approach and the skill of being able to act as fair brokers balancing the needs of both the tenants and the landlord.

Since working with Kerrigans we have to say that their exceptionally high reputation is well deserved. During the last 10+ years up to and including the selling of our property, the level of service has been first rate. The team has successfully managed 3 changes of tenants, ensuring all the legal and regulatory requirements were complied with, and dealt with maintenance/ repair issues in a timely manner.

I first rented my property with Anthony and the team in 2007. It was the best decision I could have made. 18 years and numerous tenants later I could never have found a better letting agent. Professional, that’s a given, but the help, support and advice Anthony and the team have given me over the years has been second to none. I really can’t recommend them highly enough.

Me and my partner have rented property as tenants via Kerrigans over the past few years and have found their service to be outstanding. The owner Anthony is very efficient and has a lovely group of people working for his company, all very friendly. I have begun recommending friends whom are looking at renting to try to do so via Kerrigan’s. Properties often are very well priced PCM meaning very good value.

Me and my partner have had a fantastic experience with Kerrigans. With our first property if we needed anything sorting they was on the ball with it and with our second Anthony personally went above and beyond to secure us a place that met our needs as a new family and any repairs that needed sorting he made sure everything was up to standard before we moved in. We will continue with Kerrigans as we can’t fault them and look forward to continue our journey with them. Fantastic service and would personally recommend them to anyone who is considering renting with a service that will be hands on and help support them.

It has been an absolute pleasure to meet a genuinely honest estate agent that doesn't speak in double Dutch but good old plain English and stands by it . Anthony has been a breath of fresh air in my search not only for a rental property but making the rental a deal done , no stress , no pressure, no BS , just straightforward honest explanations and help to move forward . The aftersales/rental assistance is second to none , I am not being paid for this revue it is a genuine rental from someone who is grateful for the help I recieved to find my new home .

I have rented a house through Kerrigan’s and team was co.operative especially Victoria. I recommend this agency to others. The process was smooth and pain free. I have no issues so far.
